Postdoctoral researcher
We are looking for a candidate who:
holds a PhD, or is close to completing one (economics, computer science, computational social science, geography, physics, or a related field);
has strong coding skills and experience working with large datasets
has experience with more specialized topics such as networks, econometrics, databases.
Research Assistant/PhD student
We are looking for two research assistants/PhD students who are:
interested in using computational methods to study social scientific questions;
have some experience in coding, modeling, and data wrangling;
planning to pursue a PhD under the supervision of Dr Wachs.
