THE SUBJECT OF THE PROCESSING, THE DATA SUBJECTS
The Center for Collective Learning intends to send targeted newsletters to those who subscribe, informing them about CCL updates, scientific events, publications, and current job vacancies.
The Center for Collective Learning organizes online and offline events regularly to which the registration is available online.
This Privacy Notice sets out the relevant circumstances of the processing of personal data in the context of the sending of the newsletter, in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR.
Subject: any subscribed or registered natural person
Personal data: name, email address
Purpose of processing: send newsletters, send reminder of events
Legal basis for processing: the data subject's consent pursuant to Articles 6(1) and 7 of the GDPR
Duration of processing: max. 3 working days after the withdrawal of consent
Access to and Transfer of Data
Access to the data is granted to CCL’s Director and CCL’s Executive Director in the performance of their duties and to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties. CCL will only disclose data to third parties on the basis of a legal authorisation or with the consent of the data subject.
Claims by the Data Processor CCL uses Mailjet to store the personal data of subscribers. CCL and Mailjet does not make the data available to any other recipient.
Data Security Measures
CCL stores personal data on Mailjet's servers, which ensures that personal data is protected against, among other things, unauthorized access, and ensures the continued confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the systems and services used to process personal data, and the ability to restore access to and availability of personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident in a timely manner.
RIGHTS IN RELATION TO DATA PROCESSING
The data subject has the right to request information about the processing, the right to rectification of the data, the right to request blocking (restriction of processing) and the right to have his or her personal data and information relating to the processing of the data made available to the Center for Collective Learning. The data subject has the right to request the deletion of his/her data if the conditions set out in Article 20 of the GDPR are met. The data subject may withdraw his or her consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal. The data subject may request the erasure of his or her data if the conditions under Article 17 of the GDPR are met. The data subject may exercise his or her rights under this point, except for the withdrawal of consent, by sending an e-mail to contact@centerforcollectivelearning.org, and his or her right to withdraw consent (unsubscribe) by choosing the option Unsubscribe at any of the prior newsletters.
